It’s been almost a year since Zion Williamson last wore the New Orleans Pelicans’ uniform for back-to-back games.

Following his scoring of 12 points in the Pelicans’ victory over the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, Williamson was active for the Pelicans’ encounter with the Chicago Bulls on Saturday. Williamson showed his strength in the first half in Chicago, scoring eight consecutive points.

The Pelicans were leading by eight points at halftime, but they lost their grip on the lead against the struggling Bulls. In the third quarter, the Pelicans were outscored by 15 points, leading to their defeat with a score of 124-118 against the Bulls.
