Kings guard Devin Carter is progressing well in his recovery following a successful surgery on his left shoulder on July 11. Recently, Carter attended a follow-up appointment four months post-surgery with Dr. Harlan Selesnick at Baptist Health Doctors Hospital, where he received authorization to resume unrestricted shooting. Further medical updates are anticipated in January.
Meanwhile, Kings center Orlando Robinson is also making headway in his recovery from a sprained left MCL suffered during practice on October 3. He has been cleared for contact activities and will be reassessed shortly.
In addition, Kings guard Malik Monk sustained a moderate sprain to his right ankle during the second quarter of the game against the Phoenix Suns on November 10. X-rays confirmed there was no structural damage. Monk will be resting and is scheduled for a re-evaluation in two weeks.
