Spurs athlete Jeremy Sochan damaged his expensive Porsche in Texas this past weekend, as reported by TMZ Sports.

The event transpired on August 24 at the junction of I-10 and Loop 1604, according to documents obtained by the outlet from the San Antonio Police Department.

The police report stated, “[Sochan] mentioned he was driving southbound at the noted location when he lost control of his vehicle and struck the left side guardrail/bridge.

“EMS support was refused. TxDOT was informed and updated on the recorded damages. [Sochan’s] automobile was the only car involved in the reported event.”

Sochan’s eye-catching green 2019 sports car displayed some damage following the crash.

The aftermath was filmed by a person recording from their vehicle while passing by the scene and was shared on social media.

The report indicated that there were no significant injuries resulting from the crash.

Excessive speed was noted as a contributing factor to the collision, but law enforcement informed TMZ that no criminal charges will be filed.

Sochan, who hails from Guymon, Oklahoma, born to an American father and a Polish mother, shared this week his desire to compete for Poland in the 2025 EuroBasket.

“As we prepare for next summer, I believe we must better equip ourselves both mentally and physically. We have to be prepared,” he stated, following his involvement in the 2024 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Valencia (via Polish Basketball Federation).

The 42nd edition of EuroBasket is set to take place in Cyprus, Finland, Latvia, and Poland, and Sochan is eager to perform before the Polish fans.
