The Spurs have landed top prospect Victor Wembanyama after winning the 2023 NBA Draft lottery. The French phenom stands at 7’5” and is widely considered the best NBA prospect since LeBron James. San Antonio drafted David Robinson and Tim Duncan with their previous lottery picks, making this their third time to add a generational big man to their roster.

The Hornets move up two spots to the second pick, likely deciding between Scoot Henderson and Brandon Miller. The Trail Blazers also move up two spots to third and may consider offers for their lottery pick. Meanwhile, the Pistons are the biggest loser, dropping out of the top four.

In the second round, the Pacers move up 18 spots to pick at No. 32, while the Rockets’ second-round pick will go to the Pacers instead of the Celtics. The Thunder slip to pick at No. 50.
