New Orleans Pelicans’ player, Jaxson Hayes, was forced to exit the match during Game 3 of the NBA Playoffs on Friday evening during the second quarter due to a flagrant foul 2 penalty for pushing Phoenix Suns athlete, Jae Crowder.
Following a successful jumper by CJ McCollum, Hayes was aggressively attacking the rebounds from the corner on the left side when he collided with Crowder, forcibly bringing him down to the floor.
Initially, the referees did not signal any violation, but the action was halted for review as Crowder hurried to approach Hayes, and Suns’ player, Chris Paul, rapidly moved towards another official.
