On Thursday when the Nedbank Golf Challenge will be kick off by Gary player at Sun City, there Rory Mcilroy will be seen to be alongside the defending champion Branden Grace. They are placed alongside in the very first round. This development is said to be excited all the golf fans as both will be tee off in the same three-ball game in Africa’s Major. Since the year 2009, Mcilroy and Grace have not been in this Africa’s Major. For the 2018 tournament, the draw has been now announced, and it features with the number of top groupings for this tournament. In this, many fans now need to choose from these groupings.
In the group of Mcilroy and Grace, they too have got in form Haotong Li. He will be tee off on the first hole at the Gary Player Country Club at 10:51. It has been said that Mcilroy is now on a mission at this challenge. Till now it is two and a half years when the four-time major champion has won his last European Tour title which is at the Irish Open. The win that he has got has come at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March. But during the current year, it has been seen that he has got some of the near misses.
It has been said that he will tee off on Thursday eighth in the Race to Dubai standings. If he wins here, he will be moved to second, and from there he will be paired with leader Francesco Molinari at the season-ending DP World Tour Championship in Dubai which will be held during the next week. In a statement by him, he said that he needs to go for some great golf for the next two weeks, but he is waiting for the action for this week.
